Perfect position very close to the town centre with secure main entrance after dark. Wheelchair users will struggle with the main entrance ramp and stair even if using the lift. Lovely room with fully equipped bathroom and interior courtyard facing balcony. Air conditioning could be stronger, during the visit temperatures reached 38 and the AC was not as strong as it should be. Fantastic breakfast with excellent coffee machine and friendly, efficient staff.

Great location! Room was clean and spacious with a small refrigerator. Very convenient to town. Take the train ride around town. Visit Assisi. If you love heights visit the Basilica of San'Ubaldo. The views are amazing!

Central location and nice, rustic building. Rooms for four people are very small and cramped, while bathrooms are very large and comfortable. Dinner was provided in a restaurant nearby and was absolutely terrible. Breakfast was very scarse and croissants weren’t fresh.

Clean, comfortable and large room, good and comfprtable air conditioning too (right temperature). Bathroom very clean, but a little small. Staff is polite and helpful (they lent to me a smartphone charger because I forgot it). They have a very interesting agreement with a nice restaurant in the Center. Standard breakfast (espresso not included but to be payed separately).

This hotel is an old converted convent, large place with loads of character within an easy walk of the town. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
